By accessing or using the Able Direct Deposit Clearance System (DDCS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the application.

Users must log in using authorized enterprise credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all actions taken under your credentials within the system.

DDCS records financial deposit entries, verification statuses, and fulfillment tracking. Every modification, hide action, or status change is logged into an immutable audit trail for compliance and reporting.

Users must not upload malicious attachments, enter fraudulent deposit references, or attempt to alter system-generated logs. Violation of this rule will result in immediate suspension and reporting to administration.

Able DDCS is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% data integrity and system availability, Able Software and system operators are not liable for external banking delay discrepancies.
